Established in 2019, Research ThinkPad Zambia, with the company registration number 120190007028, is a comprehensive marketing research agency. Our inception was driven by the recognition that clients demand precise, timely, high-quality, and uncompromised research data. Functioning as a one-stop marketing research firm, we oversee the entire research project lifecycle, encompassing proposal generation, design of data collection instruments, sampling and data collection, field management and quality control, as well as data processing and analysis. We specialize in both Qualitative and Quantitative research studies, providing interpretation of data. Beyond Zambia, our research extends to countries such as Zimbabwe, Botswana, Malawi, Namibia, Angola, Mozambique, DRC, and Tanzania. To ensure thorough data collection, we collaborate strategically with experienced local teams in these countries, who, under close supervision, conduct interviews on our behalf. This arrangement guarantees a comprehensive extraction of information, facilitated by our multilingual interviewers in those countries.

Theresa Kabwe, Co-Founder of Research ThinkPad, is a seasoned market researcher with over 7 years of experience. A results-driven professional comfortable in high-pressure environments, she previously worked as a Freelance Research Consultant, coordinating projects for various organizations. Theresa has a wealth of experience from project planning to execution, excelling in both Qualitative and Quantitative Research. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, her expertise adds significant value to the field.

Maxwell Chivasa

Maxwell Chivasa, Co-Founder of Research ThinkPad Zambia, is a highly experienced and passionate market researcher with over 15 years of extensive research expertise in regional and Southern African markets. Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research, Maxwell's career began at Probe Market Research Zimbabwe, where he served as a Senior Research Executive. He later assumed the role of Key Account Manager at Research International Zimbabwe, overseeing markets in both Zimbabwe and Botswana. His journey continued with Vision Africa Research Services (Namibia), where he excelled as an Account Director responsible for Southern African markets. Armed with a Bachelors of Business Studies Degree (UZ), a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management, and an LCCI Certificate in Marketing, Maxwell brings a wealth of academic and professional knowledge to the field.
